Hi, im Roxana Co-owner of Haus of Luxe staging. Ive been in the real estate business for a couple of years helping buyers, sellers and investors all throughout Colorado. As a real estate agent with hands-on experience selling modern homes and fix-and-flip properties, I understand exactly what today’s buyers are looking for when they walk into a home. Through my work in real estate, I’ve seen firsthand how the right presentation can transform a property and significantly impact both the speed of the sale and the final price. That insight inspired me to start my own staging company—to help sellers and investors showcase their homes in the best possible light. My goal is simple: to create spaces that attract buyers, stand out in the market, and help homes sell quickly and for top dollar.

Hi, I’m Claudia Romero Co-Owner of Haus of Luxe staging. I’m a real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur who has spent years helping clients buy, sell, and transform homes throughout Colorado. Through my experience flipping properties and working closely with buyers, I’ve seen firsthand how the right presentation can completely change the way a home is perceived in the market. That passion for design and maximizing a home’s potential is what led me to start my staging company. My goal is simple: to help every property tell a story that buyers can instantly connect with the moment they walk through the door.
